How it works

Three visits at most. Usually two.

  1. 1

    Measure

Bring your fabric — or a blouse that already fits. Measurements take ten minutes, and we write them down so you never repeat them.

  2. 2

    Trial fitting

Try it on before it is finished, while the fit is still easy to change. Every order gets one, at no extra cost.

  3. 3

    Pick up

Most orders are ready in five to seven days. We give you the date when you order, and we keep it.

Our promise

Stitched once, stitched right.

  • A trial for every order

The fit is fixed while it's easy to fix — not after.

  • Ready when we say

You get a date when you order. If we'll miss it, you hear first.

  • Silks handled by hand

Where a machine would mark the fabric, we stitch by hand.

  • Wedding rush? Tell us early

Bridal orders are planned around your dates, not ours.

Questions

Before you come in.

Do I need to bring my own fabric?

Usually, yes. If you don't have any, we keep cotton and silk blends in the shop and can help you choose.

Can you copy a blouse I already have?

Yes — bring it along and we'll take the pattern from it, then adjust anything you never liked about the fit.

How early should I come for a wedding?

A month ahead for bridal blouses and lehengas, two weeks for everything else. Earlier is always calmer.

Do you stitch for men too?

Kurtas and simple alterations, yes. Suits and formal wear, no — we'll point you to someone good.
